Arjuna Bark is the derivative of Terminalia arjuna, a deciduous tree with drooping branches found all over India. The mention of this tree and its uses can be dated back to the earliest times- 2500 B.C. in the ancient vedic texts. The bark has a thick, smooth, flat exterior surface, and on the interior it shows a shade of red color. The extract of this bark is used in treating Angina and other cardio-vascular conditions, stress and nervousness also. The presence of large quantities of flavonoids makes it an herb with anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. The presence of the substance casuarinin, is said to inhibit breast cancer.

Dosage: One capsule per day after meals or as prescribed by the physician
